A self-exclusion list run by an individual state's gambling regulator, covering the operators that state licenses. Terms, durations, scope (retail, online, or both), and whether the exclusion can be lifted all vary by state — there is no national standard, which is the single biggest practical obstacle a person in recovery hits.
