Definition

A nine-item questionnaire scoring gambling frequency, financial impact, and distress from 0 to 3 per item, taking under five minutes. It is the most widely used population screen worldwide and sorts respondents into non-problem, low-risk, moderate-risk, and problem gambling bands.
