These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Betttr, including our mobile applications, website, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
Betttr is a self-help and wellness tool designed to support people working to stop gambling. Betttr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency services. The Service is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Betttr, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in account and for activity under your Betttr account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at betttr.net/delete-account.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable store's terms and payment policies.
You retain ownership of posts, comments, and other content you submit to Betttr's community features. By posting content, you grant Betttr LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the community features.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
You may not post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, exploitative, illegal, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or that promotes, facilitates, or encourages gambling. You also may not violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve community content and may suspend or ban accounts when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms the community.
You may not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or derive the source code of the Service; scraping or systematically collecting content or data; interfering with security or normal operation; bypassing access controls or the paywall; using automated systems without our permission; or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, exercises, videos, and other content provided by Betttr, is owned by Betttr LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or effective for any particular person or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betttr LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Betttr during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
